EDI Outsourcing
CBSI offers the ability to migrate an existing EDI architecture to its high-end EDI environment eliminating the need for costly in-house EDI system, support and resources.
Here's how the process works:
1) The customer is given a secure ftp connection to our solution, to send/receive flat files, 2) We receive flat files and converts to EDI transactions and send to trading partners, 3) We then, email receipt of flat file and status of EDI transactions back to customer, 4) Our Customer's web-access is updated (i5Link), giving the you EDI tracking capabilities, 5)
We then receive EDI transactions from trading partners, converts to flat file documents and FTP back to customer. Email notifications are sent during process.
Outsourcing customers can track their EDI projects and EDI transactions by trading partner on the i5Link website.
